2023 Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice is a set of guidelines and ethical standards that NAR members, who are Realtors®, must adhere to in their professional dealings. The Code covers various areas such as duties to clients, duties to the public, and duties to other Realtors®, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and fair practice in real estate transactions.
